Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party/internal systems using

  Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  .
• Configure and maintain Oracle ERP modules including Human Resources, Finance, and Supply Chain Management.
• Develop and manage

  HCM Extracts

  ,

  Fast Formulas

  ,

  BI Publisher reports

  , and

  HCM Data Loader (HDL)

  scripts.
• Conduct data transformation, mapping, and validation to ensure quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and implement integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration, data flow, and performance issues.
• Support ERP system upgrades, patching, regression testing, and documentation.
• Ensure integration solutions align with organizational security and compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of ERP experience, with a focus on Oracle HCM integrations.
• Strong expertise in

  Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  and building

  REST/SOAP

  based integrations.
• Proficiency with

  HCM Extracts

  ,

  Fast Formulas

  ,

  BI Publisher

  , and

  HDL

  .
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as

• Solid understanding of

• Understanding of data security and HR compliance standards.
