IT Consultant (Fresher)

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting incoming leads, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored IT solutions. This role is 80% consultation-focused and 20% sales-focused, involving client communication, requirement analysis, solution presentation, and basic negotiation to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with leads generated by the Digital Marketing team.
• Understand client business needs, technical requirements, and pain points.
• Offer relevant web, mobile, or digital solutions based on the requirement.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure feasibility of solutions.
• Present proposals, conduct demos (if required), and explain the scope clearly to clients.
• Handle basic pricing discussions and assist in closing deals.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up regularly for conversions.
• Stay updated with the company’s services and industry trends.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand IT products and services (training will be provided).
• Good at requirement gathering and basic solution mapping.
• Willingness to learn technical concepts quickly.
• Basic negotiation and sales skills.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Eligibility:

• Educational Qualification:
• BCA / BSc Computer Science / BTech in Computer Science, IT or related field
• Candidates who have completed IT-related internships or training programs are preferred.
