IT Business Analyst

You will be a valuable addition to our team as a skilled Business Analyst. Your main responsibility will include conducting thorough requirements analysis, understanding project needs, and documenting processes with meticulous attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration across teams will be key to the success of our projects. Your duties will involve evaluating business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing effective solutions. Leading ongoing process reviews, developing optimization strategies, and prioritizing initiatives based on business needs are also part of your role. Additionally, you will engage in project management, collaborate with teams in pre-sales activities, and work closely with clients to gather and document requirements for various projects. You must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in the ecommerce domain or website documentation. The ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, strong analytical mindset, and proficiency in tools such as Jira are essential. Excellent collaboration skills with UX teams and strong communication abilities to convey complex technical information to clients are highly valued. In this role, you will enjoy working 5 days a week with flexible timings. You will have the opportunity to work on international projects for businesses in the US, serving thousands of users daily. This is a full-time position with an evening shift schedule from Monday to Friday, requiring you to be present at the office.
