Why This Role Is a Game-Changer: This is a high-ownership, high-visibility Individual Contributor (IC) role for someone who wants more than just a “job.” You’ll have direct access to the founding team, work on marquee investment mandates, and get exposed to both domestic and international real estate ecosystems . You’ll be given full autonomy over your pipeline, supported by pre-qualified leads, and be rewarded directly for your performance. No layers. No limits. Just pure upside. What You'll Be Doing: Become an authority on high-ROI real estate assets across Gurugram, Tier-1 Indian cities, and international markets like Dubai and Singapore. Engage and convert premium clients (NRI/HNI) into long-term investors by pitching tailored investment solutions. Own your entire sales journey — from discovery to closure — with full accountability. Deliver white-glove post-sales service and nurture deep client relationships. What We're Looking For: 1–2 years of consultative or high-value sales experience — real estate, banking, aviation, luxury, or hospitality backgrounds are all welcome. Fluent in both Hindi and English, with a confident, client-first communication style. MBA mandatory —motivation, polish, and dedication matter most.
