Job Description

Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate information, assistance, and solutions to inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring first-contact resolution where possible. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support to customers. Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and issues using internal systems and follow up as necessary to ensure resolution and service improvement. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as sales, technical support, and logistics to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
