International Sales Head

Job Title: Head International Business Sales (Tea Bags) Location: Kolkata / Coimbatore, India (with frequent International travel) Department: International Business – Tea Division Reports To: Managing Director Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned export sales leader to head our International Sales operations for Tea Bag products , including private labels. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain experience in tea exports, a strong International market network, and a proven track record in private label and B2B sales across the Tea industry. Key Responsibilities: Drive and expand tea bag exports across International. Develop new and manage existing private label partnerships. Oversee pricing, compliance, packaging, and contract execution. Execute market-specific strategies for branded and private label tea bags offerings. Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and B2B meetings across International market. Ensure sustainable practices and certifications (e.g., carbon-neutral, organic) are integrated into offerings. Must-Haves: 15+ years of experience in international tea bags export , with minimum 5 years handling International-specific tea bag sales Proven success in private label and branded tea bag exports Deep knowledge of International market requirements , including food safety, labeling, packaging, and logistics Hands-on experience working with major International retailers, importers, or distributors Excellent communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis Good-to-Haves: Existing network of contacts in International tea bag industry Familiarity with sustainability certifications (e.g., Carbon Neutral, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance) Exposure to product development and innovation in tea. Knowledge of International standards & procedures .
