Job overview:

Manager Sales is responsible for overseeing the sales team, their performance and strategies to achieve the sales target. You have proven track record of leadership and market expertise in plotted development industry. You will play a pivotal role in supporting your team in closing sales and addressing customers queries. You provide necessary and timely training to ensure sustained achievement of sales goals. Your passion for sales will drive exceptional customer satisfaction and experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Sales Strategy: Development and implement sale strategy, sales plan aligned to achieve company’s sales goal.
  • Client acquisition: Conduct in depth understanding of client requirement, preferences and financials. Advice prospect on the closet match for his or her requirement. On successful site visit follow up for booking.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire process adherence from qualified lead to booking ensuring closure with proper documentation.
  • Sale Negotiations: Offer and negotiate prices, terms & condition to facilitate successful transaction.
  • Team Leadership: Identify gaps train and manage sales team enabling them to achieve clear cut sales goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and assess performance of the sales team to keep team always aligned to the targets.
  • Work closely with the project development team to understand project specifications and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Management Reporting: Review sales and team performance with management from time to time. Align strategies for faster closures of prospects in conciseness with management.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about the various development across the city, real estate trends, property values and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Client Relationship management: Nurture strong relationship with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
  • Review and update project related task allocated in the KNS Portal.
  • Accountable for Individual & Team targets.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any Discipline.
  • 9 to 11 years of Experience in Real Estate/Plotted Development Tele calling
  • Specific skills

  • Basic MS office skills
  • Computer Knowledge.
  • Language, Personality and Behavioral skills
  • Excellent Spoken & Written English, Kannada & Hindi Language.

  • Excellent time management.
  • Ability to travel locally.
  • Ability to work against deadlines.
  • Responsible, goal oriented and organized.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Confident, Proactive and willing to take on challenges.
  • Good listening skills.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driver's license.
