International Sales Engineer

As an International Sales Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in expanding and supporting our global client base in the industrial electronics and automation sector. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize your sales expertise and engineering knowledge to promote our Multispan products to industrial clients around the world. Your key responsibilities will include developing and managing international sales opportunities globally, identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, and contributing to strategic expansion plans. You will be expected to present technical solutions and product demonstrations tailored to client needs and thoroughly understand the technical features and benefits of our products. Collaborating closely with internal teams to communicate technical capabilities and customization options will also be a part of your role. In addition, you will represent our company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to promote our products and gather market intelligence. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, monitoring competitor activities and market trends, providing post-sales support, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts and CRM data will be essential aspects of your job. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Controls, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics Engineering, or a related field. A strong understanding of industrial process control systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English, and the ability to travel internationally are also required. Key competencies for success in this role include strong customer relationship management skills, the ability to identify and qualify new sales opportunities, excellent technical communication skills, the capacity to work independently and as part of a team, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ideally, you will have 1-4 years of experience in a technical sales role, experience working with industrial process control systems, and familiarity with international business practices.
