Job Overview TE Connectivity's Procurement Business Process Teams develop and deploy procurement processes, systems, reporting and audits compliance. They drive continuous improvement throughout the procurement function, develop and maintain procurement systems, tools and databases such as vendor master files, e-procurement quotation tool, procurement web page, supplier portal, SharePoint and the like. Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities: Reporting to the Procurement Transformation Senior Manager in the DDN Procurement Team, the Procurement Manager Supplier Agility and Resilience will be leading the development of and execution of strategies to optimize supplier lead times / MOQs / inventories as well as identify and mitigate supplier risks. The role requires the ability to effectively collaborate and partner with DDN Business Unit Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering and Operations teams to drive an aligned supplier agility and responsiveness strategy. Analyse and understand current lead time drivers (vendor sourcing, production, freight etc.). Identify bottlenecks and lead cross-functional efforts (supplier, logistics, procurement, supply chain) to reduce lead time Co-develop JIT or consignment or pull-based replenishment models, where applicable Drive TEOA efforts with suppliers in collaboration with TE teams to identify and execute structural improvements Provide support for localization efforts in terms of program management, market mapping and governance Define and negotiate lead time-related Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
