International process Inbound Tech Sales Consultant

Job Description: As a part of Adeeba e-Services, a leading International BPO specializing in Inbound tech and website processes, your role will involve handling inbound calls from US and Canadian customers experiencing issues with printers, routers, and antivirus software. Your primary responsibilities will include diagnosing the technical problems reported by customers and recommending the most suitable support plan to address their concerns effectively. Additionally, you will be expected to engage in selling technical support plans in conjunction with relevant software solutions. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in Outbound Tech Support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in independently closing calls and exhibit strong persuasive and sales abilities. A sound knowledge of BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS is essential. Moreover, expertise in troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac devices, iPhones, and iPads will be highly beneficial. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs.15,000 to Rs.22,000 per month, along with substantial incentives. The work schedule follows a US Shift pattern with additional benefits such as fixed monthly salary deposits, generous incentives, 24 leaves per year, compensatory offs, birthday leaves, daily/monthly incentives, spot incentives, and medical benefits.
