The ideal candidate will be a management graduate or equivalent, have prior experience in business development in international markets (with specific focus on Western Europe, Middle-East and Africa), a technical background (engineering diploma / degree). German language proficiency will be an advantage.
1. Research to identify and develop commercially viable projects, impact funding opportunities, education and training collaborations with a focus on Europe, Africa and the Middle East (main areas: engineering sector, workforce transformation for Industry 4.0, migration of skilled workforce).
2. Facilitate and drive international business development initiatives.
3. Build and maintain relationships with the manufacturing and skilling sectors, national and international governmental organizations in education, training and skills development, charitable foundations, trade bodies and placement organizations
4. Represent SkillSonics at global forums, client meetings and industry events and coordinate cross-functional teams for implementation of training programs.
