We are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive / Technical Support Executive to join our Inbound Voice Process (Tech Support) team in US Shift. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Handling inbound calls related to printer, router, and antivirus issues from customers. - Diagnosing the problems effectively and suggesting the most suitable solution to the customer. - Offering technical support plans and relevant software to meet customer needs. **Benefits and Facilities:** - Fixed Salary credited on the 1st of every month in the Salary Account. - 24 leaves per year, along with comp offs and birthday leaves. - Lucrative incentives. - Strict adherence to shift timings without any extensions. - Enjoy a friendly working environment. **Candidate Profile:** - Prior experience in Outbound Tech Support for at least 6 months to 1 year. - Proficient in closing their own calls. - Strong convincing and sales abilities. Candidates must be ready to join immediately. **Salary:** - Rs. 15,000-25,000 per month (fixed) plus generous incentives. **Shift:** - US Shift: 9:00 pm to 7:00 am. - Working Days: 6 days a week.
