Qualification : CASkills : Internal Audit / Analytics / Investigation (Articleship in Big4 / Sahni Natrajan & Bahl / SS Kothari / TR Chadha / Mahajan & Aibara)Job Description :- Perform surprise audits of fulfilment centres (FC)- Complete the standard control checklists during field audit- Identify additional areas of concerns having direct or indirect financial impact / service quality- Discuss and agree observations with Senior Manager of FC- Validate suspicious/fraudulent transactions identified through data analytics by HQ team- Assist HQ team in validating allegations received in whistle-blower complaints- Gather Market Intelligence by independently meeting employees / vendors / prospective vendors- Travel involves one week per month
