Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Intern HR Marketing Associate at National Pest Control Services. The role is located in the Kolkata metropolitan area with the flexibility for a hybrid module pertaining to the situation. The Intern HR Marketing will be responsible for assisting in HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management, while looking into the marketing department in terms of organisation, making calls, and direct assistant to the CEO. The role will include 1-2 months of internship - probation role followed by full time options if deemed capable.
