Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Intern HR Marketing Associate at National Pest Control Services. The role is located in the Kolkata metropolitan area with the flexibility for a hybrid module pertaining to the situation. The Intern HR Marketing will be responsible for assisting in HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management, while looking into the marketing department in terms of organisation, making calls, and direct assistant to the CEO. The role will include 1-2 months of internship - probation role followed by full time options if deemed capable. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technician located in Kolkata. The Technician will be responsible for performing pest control treatments, termite protection, and sanitation services. Day-to-day tasks will include assessing pest issues, applying treatments, and maintaining equipment. The Technician will also ensure compliance with safety standards, document services provided, and communicate effectively with clients to achieve complete customer satisfaction. Qualifications Knowledge in Pest Control, Termite Protection, and Sanitation Services Experience with assessing pest issues and applying eco-friendly treatments Proficiency in using and maintaining pest control equipment Excellent communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within designated areas Prior experience in pest management or a related field is preferred
