Skillsets we would like to see you exhibit,

Role specific skillsets:

• Assisting in organizing, preparing agendas for and takin minutes of board meeting and annual general meetings (AGMs) of Listed unlisted clients.
• Assisting in quarterly annul Stock Exchange filings of Listed Company
• Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
• Assisting in advisory work on regulatory requirements under Foreign Exchange Control laws, Companies Act and SEBI Regulations;
• Assisting in advising and implementation of restructuring projects which includes mergers, demerger, capital reduction, buyback etc.
• Assisting in domestic cross border MA transactions including due diligence, documentation, execution and completion of transactions and regulatory compliances
• Providing services under Company law and SEBI regulations to retained client
• Finalizing client deliverables in consultation with the Senior Team members;
• Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders
• Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors
