Skillsets we would like to see you exhibit, Role specific skillsets: Assisting in organizing, preparing agendas for and takin minutes of board meeting and annual general meetings (AGMs) of Listed unlisted clients. Assisting in quarterly annul Stock Exchange filings of Listed Company Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries. Assisting in advisory work on regulatory requirements under Foreign Exchange Control laws, Companies Act and SEBI Regulations; Assisting in advising and implementation of restructuring projects which includes mergers, demerger, capital reduction, buyback etc. Assisting in domestic cross border MA transactions including due diligence, documentation, execution and completion of transactions and regulatory compliances Providing services under Company law and SEBI regulations to retained client Finalizing client deliverables in consultation with the Senior Team members; Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to the relevant company stakeholders Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors
