Interiors Quantity Surveyor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interiors Quantity Surveyor located in Ahmedabad. The Interiors Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing project costs from the initial calculations to the final figures. This includes tasks such as cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, and cost reporting. The role requires detailed cost management to ensure the project stays within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience with preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Skills in Cost Reporting and monitoring project budgets
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in the interiors or construction industry is a plus
• Prefer Only Local Candidate.
