Job Summary: Manage day-to-day call center operations to meet client targets, ensure high process quality, prevent revenue leakage, and maintain team attendance and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Achieve 100% client target fulfilment and meet all service TATs. Share reports and call records daily; ensure timely data purging. Maintain process quality at 95%+ Ensure 100% accurate updating of call dispositions. Monitor and meet connectivity targets. Prevent revenue leakage and raise monthly invoices within TAT. Manage attrition and minimize unplanned leaves. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent. 5+ years in call center or customer service operations preferably from insurance domain. Fluency in English and Hindi mandatory Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with call center tools and KPIs.

Job Responsibilities Scrutinizing dental claim documents & settlements Process claims as per the set healthcare guidelines Follow HIPAA guidelines Accurate processing of Dental claims and meeting productivity targets Good understanding of Claims adjudication fundamentals Good understanding of ICT & CPT Codes Knowledge of policy concepts like Deductible, coinsurance, copay, out of pocket Able to learn, adapt, implement process guideline into practice, work as a natural team-player in the process Handle escalations Need to ensure quality and productivity targets are met Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information Technical Skills/other skills Computer navigation skills Keyboarding and data entry speed (minimum 30 wpm with 90% accuracy) Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (international voice mandatory) Strong command over English (both verbal and written) Comfortable with rotational shifts Immediate joiners highly preferred Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to UK-based insurance queries Assist customers with policy details, renewals, claims, payments, and endorsements Verify customer information and update policy records accurately Educate customers about insurance terms, benefits, and processes Provide first-call resolution and reduce repeat call volumes Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback properly in CRM tools Maintain confidentiality of customer data and adhere to GDPR guidelines Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor Meet or exceed defined KPIs like AHT, CSAT, Quality Score, and Attendance Collaborate with team members to meet daily/monthly performance targets Participate in team huddles, training sessions, and quality improvement plans Stay up-to-date on UK insurance products, policy changes, and regulations
