Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Design and deliver training programs for banking processes, soft skills, sales, and insurance processes. Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) sessions to enhance employee performance. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences. Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules. Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to improve overall performance. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in BFSI industry or similar field. Strong understanding of banking process, finance process, sales process, and insurance process. Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse groups effectively. Proficiency in creating interactive e-learning modules using tools like TNI or OJT.
