Job Description

Create detailed storyboards with visual cues, narration scripts, interactions, and onscreen text. 2 - 3 Years Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop HSE-focused learning content using instructional design models.
Create detailed
storyboards
with visual cues, narration scripts, interactions, and onscreen text.
Write
audio scripts
tailored for voice-over narration, ensuring clarity, technical accuracy, and learner engagement.
Develop
animation scripts
with precise scene-by-scene instructions for 2D/3D animators and video editors.
Translate complex safety concepts into visually engaging and instructionally sound digital formats.
Collaborate with SMEs to validate learning accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Review and iterate on deliverables based on stakeholder feedback.
Ensure alignment of learning objectives with assessments and interactive elements.
Maintain consistency with brand and HSE regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements :

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, HSE, or related fields.
2 3 years of experience in instructional design, preferably in safety/compliance training.
Portfolio of past work showcasing storyboards, audio scripts, and animation script samples.
Strong understanding of HSE practices, terminologies, and compliance standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
Proficient in creating visual storyboards and scripting for eLearning content.
Familiarity with tools like MS PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to conceptualize visual themes and sequences for animations.
Strong attention to detail, project ownership, and deadline management.
