Role Overview:

Academic Partnerships Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and build relationships with university stakeholders including Deans, HODs, Directors, and Placement Cells
• Pitch cybersecurity certification programs and facilitate academic integration (credit-based, elective, or co-curricular)
• Drive end-to-end B2A (Business to Academia) sales process from lead generation to closure
• Onboard and activate partner institutions across India for program rollout
• Organize seminars, workshops, webinars, and info sessions in partnership with universities
• Collaborate with internal teams to structure proposals, MoUs, and delivery models
• Ensure post-sale relationship management and track student enrollment outcomes
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to enhance program offerings and positioning

Desired Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in university/institutional sales, preferably in education, training, or certification domains
• Strong network within Indian higher education ecosystem (Engineering Colleges, State Universities, Private Universities, Autonomous Institutions)
• Passion for cybersecurity, tech education, and student upskilling initiatives
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven with ability to operate in a remote, performance-oriented environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally for events or key meetings
