Role: Installation Manager Exp: 10+ Years Salary: up to 12Lpa Location: New Delhi Work Mode: Hybrid Industry: Looking for elevator only Job Responsibilities: 1)Responsible for all activities of installation right from from order confirmation to handing over of all the projects as per the estimated cost, time, technical specifications and drawings. 2)Co-ordinate with Sales department after new orders, for client meeting and make them aware about scope of work req for lift installation. 3)Responsible for the timely GAD approval. 4)Responsible for Monthly and Quarterly material planning to be submit to on Time to HO. 5)Make sure before material dispatch COB I & II should be clear. 6)Responsible for arrangement of Contractor in approved rate from Ho before material leave from HO to Branch. 7)Ensure after receive of material at site with in 48 Hrs MRIR report to be send HO. 8)Ensure stage wise QC to be done of installation work. 9)Ensure safety of material & workers at site. 10) Ensure timely Submission of Documents to HO for permission & completion of PWD Inspection. 11)Responsible for the timely handover of lifts to maintenance and then to client. 12)Ensure optimum utilization of resources at site and avoid any kind of wastage of materials and manpower hrs. 13) To manage and evaluate sub-contractors and maintain a good relation for long-term association. 14) Develop & arrangement of new contractor for installation, Unloading & Timely contractor billing. 15) Ensure after completion of handover of lift surplus material list to be send to warehouse for collection of same from site. 16)Meeting with client and coordination as per project requirements. 17)Responsible to achieve resale target given for the Branch. 18) Responsible to give Installation Team performance feedback to HO. 19)Responsible for the Reduction of installation cost. 20)Responsible to achieve 100% client satisfaction. 21)Support to sales team for technical matters. 22)Responsible to send reconditioning letter to client if site shutdown for more than 2 months due to client issue. 23)Responsible for intimation/Awareness to team regarding Field Letter received from HO. 24)Responsible for Timely feedback of Installation Team to Higher Authorities. 25)Responsible for payment collection from GAD till FINAL PAYMENT. 26)Weekly installation meeting and Joint installation - sales meeting to be Conducted at Branch. 27)Responsible for implementation & Achievement of Incentive pattern for Team. 28)Responsible for collection of Outstanding payment. 29)Any other responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
