Job Title: Installation Manager – Modular
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Experience Required: 5+ years in modular

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Installation Manager to oversee and coordinate all on-site activities related to the installation of modular products such as modular furniture, partitions, kitchens, ceilings, or related systems. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and a keen eye for quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage on-site installation teams and subcontractors.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate modular installation activities across multiple sites.
• Ensure installations are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal departments for project coordination.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, layout plans, and BOQs.
• Maintain safety and compliance standards at the installation sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site installation issues.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure customer satisfaction post-installation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in modular installations (furniture, kitchen, interior fit-outs, or related).
• Strong leadership and site management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and installation plans.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel to different sites if required.
• Knowledge of material handling, tools, and quality control standards.

Education:

Diploma/Degree in Civil, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related technical field preferred.
