Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote the company's products and services
Generate new sales leads/opportunities and secure appointments from the sales leads provided through business calls
Provide customer service on escalation and Coordinate with CS desk
Achieve daily and monthly call, opportunities uncovered, meetings secured targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions on CRM

Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred
