Inside Sales Representative

We’re hiring energetic and persuasive Sales Representatives who can take charge of generating leads, connecting with potential customers, and closing deals. If you're someone who thrives on hitting targets and enjoys direct client interaction—this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Pitch services and products confidently to close sales.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Record customer interactions and sales progress in CRM tools.
• Stay updated on service offerings, market trends, and competitors.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Must be based in Pune – applications from outside Pune will not be accepted.
• High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude.
• Freshers are welcome – training will be provided.
• Prior experience in sales, cold calling, or client handling is a plus.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and keep pushing forward.
