BIM Instructor/Trainer

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Full-Time BIM (Building Information Modeling) Trainer to join our academic/training team. You will play a key role in shaping future architects, engineers, and construction professionals by delivering in-depth theoretical and hands-on training in BIM software and workflows.

You must be proficient in tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and possess strong pedagogical skills to ensure learner success across diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured and interactive classroom (or virtual) sessions on BIM tools and methodologies.
• Design, update, and maintain course curriculum, lesson plans, and real-time project assignments.
• Evaluate students through quizzes, tests, live projects, and continuous assessments.
• Mentor students on project work, professional growth, and industry readiness.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to upgrade courses as per industry standards.
• Organize workshops, guest lectures, and seminars for enhanced exposure.
• Assist in student placements by providing technical feedback and preparing them for interviews.
• Stay current with BIM trends, certifications, and advancements in software tools.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• 3+ years of hands-on industry experience with BIM technologies.
• 1+ year of teaching/training experience (formal academic or corporate training).
• Proficiency in:

Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP)
NavisworksAutoCADBIM 360 (preferred)

• Ability to work with students across skill levels (beginner to advanced).
