About the Role

Inside Sales Intern


Key Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with inbound leads to drive conversions.
  • Understand customer needs and pitch suitable plans/products.
  • Maintain CRM entries and keep lead status up to date.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign feedback.
  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.


Who You Are

  • A student or recent graduate with strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and [insert local language if applicable].
  • Confident, self-driven, and willing to learn.
  • Interested in a sales or customer-facing career.
  • Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.

  • Prior internship or experience in inside sales or telecalling.
