Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and CRM platforms.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial equipment/machinery solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into orders.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) and track sales activity.
Coordinate with field sales teams, service engineers, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth.
Participate in pricing discussions, negotiations, and closing of sales under supervision.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Proven experience (2-5 years) in inside sales, tele-sales, or B2B sales, preferably in industrial machinery, capital equipment, or engineering products.
Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or relevant field.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and email communication.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in following up with leads.
Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them to customers.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
