Job Description


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
  • Explain real estate project details, pricing, amenities, and location benefits clearly.
  • Coordinate and schedule site visits with prospects and field sales team.
  • Follow up regularly via phone, WhatsApp, and email to maintain client interest.
  • Log all interactions and lead updates in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with on-ground sales to close deals effectively.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs for lead qualification, site visits, and conversions.
  • Stay updated on local market trends and competitors to pitch effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or customer service (Real Estate preferred).
  • Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati.
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
  • Target-oriented and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and basic computer tasks.
