Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for counseling potential customers, promoting our services, and converting leads into successful customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:Counsel around 100 customers daily over the phone who have downloaded the MediBuddy app Follow up with customers to generate and convert leads Influence consumer choice by delivering accurate and compelling information using a predefined sales script Maintain high-quality standards on every call by following processes and procedures Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and talk-time targets Key Requirements:Experience: 6 months to 3 years in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Outbound Sales, or Voice-based Customer Support Education: Graduate in any discipline Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales Strong relationship-building skills and openness to feedback Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) A strong team player who can work in a collaborative environment Incentives: Performance-based incentives applicable Contact for more information
