Industry: IT Services Experience: Minimum 2 Years Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Cold Calling Specialist with strong international calling experience to join our business development team. The role involves connecting with international clients, introducing our IT service offerings, and scheduling meetings with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).Key Responsibilities: Make outbound cold calls to international prospects (US, UK, APAC, etc.) Clearly articulate our IT services and value proposition Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team Manage lead data and activity logs in CRM Collaborate with SDRs and Business Heads for campaign execution Consistently meet calling and conversion targets Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling with a focus on international markets Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or global accent Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Prior experience in IT services or tech staffing is preferred Must be comfortable with work from office setup Why Join Us: Exposure to international clients and markets Supportive team and growth opportunities Dynamic work culture with performance incentives
