Description: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our dynamic real estate team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential buyers, providing property details, building rapport, and scheduling site visits for our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Call potential clients from the provided database. Explain real estate projects and property features confidently. Convince clients to schedule site visits. Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and client feedback. Coordinate with the field sales team to manage appointments. Follow-up with leads regularly and nurture client relationships. Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets. Desired Candidate Profile:Female candidates preferred. Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in telecalling (Real estate preferred). Freshers with confidence may also apply. Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is a plus). Confident, polite, and persuasive personality. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel or CRM.. Should be target-oriented and eager to learn.
