Key Responsibilities:

Identify
and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
Understand
client hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
Build
and maintain relationships with HR managers and decision-makers.
Prepare
and deliver customized proposals and service presentations.
Meet
assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals.
Negotiate
pricing and contract terms with clients.
Maintain
a detailed record of interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
Work closely
with internal recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction.
