Job Title: Inside Sales / Telesales Executive Location: Old Palasia , Indore Industry: Stock Market Research & Financial Advisory Department: Sales & Client Acquisition Experience: 0–3 Years Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and motivated Inside Sales / Telesales Executives who will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our stock market research services, and converting leads into active customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a basic understanding of financial markets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients using leads provided. Explain products and services related to stock market research and investment planning. Handle client queries professionally and efficiently. Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into sales. Maintain and update CRM with call details and client interactions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and sales conversions. Work closely with the sales manager and research team to support customer needs. Stay updated with stock market trends and basic investment knowledge. Provide accurate product information and resolve client concerns. Adhere to compliance and quality standards set by the company. Required Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Basic understanding of financial terms and the stock market (training will be provided). Good organizational and follow-up skills. Confident and self-motivated. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (Finance background preferred but not mandatory). Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. Previous telesales or call center experience is an added advantage.
