Inside Sales Associate | End to End Sales | HSR Layout Bangalore

As an Inside Sales Associate at PagarBook, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and helping achieve opportunity-based sales quotas. You will be responsible for conducting research to identify leads and reaching business targets through various communication channels such as telephone, email, webinar, and in-person meetings. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. You will need to understand customer needs and requirements, and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas will be essential for this role. Additionally, you will be expected to research accounts, identify key players, and maintain and expand the prospect database within the assigned territory. Collaborating with channel partners to build the pipeline and close deals, as well as conducting effective online demos to prospects, will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this position, you must have proven inside sales experience and a track record of over-achieving quotas. Strong phone presence, proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools, and experience working with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening and presentation skills, and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively are essential for success in this role.
