Accountabilities 1. Breakdown Maintenance Attending Breakdown maintenance on receipt of Breakdown slip/memo Doing root cause (Why Why analysis) analysis and manual check to identify defect/abnormality. Restoring the defective parts & removing the abnormalities Implementing the counter measure to prevent occurrence of the same problem/abnormality.
