Information Technology Recruiter

As an IT Recruiter at Circle of Care, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent to meet the technology needs of our organization. Your responsibilities will include understanding hiring needs from job descriptions, sourcing the right candidates, screening and qualifying candidates, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, providing onboarding support, conducting market research, and maintaining crucial reports. By effectively carrying out these responsibilities, you will contribute significantly to our success. This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 2+ to 5 years of experience in IT staffing services, both permanent and contract. You must have experience in talent acquisition for contract staffing in areas such as Cloud (AWS & Azure), ERP (SAP & Oracle), JAVA/Dot Net Full Stack, DBMS, IT Infra, Network Security, Cyber Security, etc. Additionally, you should be capable of closing senior positions with candidates having 10 to 15 years of experience. The role is office-based, and you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, onboarding, and retaining top IT talent to drive organizational success and achieve business objectives. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in MBA, MCA, BCA, B.Tech (CS), or BSc IT, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have the ability to work independently.
