Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Manager. Located in Gurugram, the Client Services Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include addressing client inquiries, analyzing customer feedback, and implementing service improvements. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
