Position: Architect

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop schematic, statutory, and working drawings for architectural projects, ensuring the designs meet all client requirements, building codes, and sustainability goals.
• Create and edit parametric families in Revit, with an understanding of architectural BOQs, specifications, and detailed schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural designs meet technical, regulatory, and performance requirements.
• Contribute to the creation of detailed 2D/3D presentations, utilizing Revit, AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3D Max.
• Provide detailed input for project BOQs, specifications, and construction timelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture with 1 to 5 year of experience.
• Experience in the Industrial Sector will be a significant advantage.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture, BIM, and 3D design software (Photoshop, 3D Max, Google SketchUp).
