Ensure strict adherence to PTW protocols: Confined Space, Work at Height, Excavation, Electrical Isolation, etc. Conduct routine inspections and report non-compliances or hazards. Participate in incident investigation processes and support closure of CAPA actions. Conduct daily toolbox talks, promote reporting culture, and deliver focused training sessions. Assist in preparing safety documentation: JSA, HIRA, SMP, SWP, SOP. Monitor use of lifting tools and tackles, ensuring all are certified and tested. Promote Behavior-Based Safety (BBS), safety competitions, safety week celebrations, and awareness drives. Issue safety violation notices based on severity of incidents. Prepare and submit daily safety logs and monthly reports.
