Position Power BI Developer / Senior Associate Experience 57 Years Location Bangalore Type Full Time Certifications NA About the Role We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with 57 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, data modeling, and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions to empower datadriven decisionmaking across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and support strategic decisionmaking. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications. Create, maintain, and optimize data models, ensuring high performance and data integrity. Develop and implement DAX calculations and measures to enhance data analysis capabilities. Integrate Power BI with various data sources and ensure seamless data connectivity. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance. Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards. Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve BI solutions. Implement and manage drilldown functionalities, hierarchies, and interactive visuals to enhance user engagement and data exploration. Develop intuitive and userfriendly navigation paths within reports to allow users to easily access detailed data views.
Required Skills Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. 57 years of experience in developing business intelligence solutions with Power BI. Strong proficiency in DAX and data modeling techniques. Experience with data visualization and creating interactive reports and dashboards. Solid understanding of relational databases, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes. Experience with scenario handling, including drilldowns, hierarchies, and interactive visuals in Power BI. Monitor and enhance report performance through query optimization and efficient data modeling. Design and manage data refresh strategies using Power BI Service, Automate and monitor scheduled refreshes for reliability. Experience with SQL is a must. Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Python or R is a plus. Familiarity with Azure services and cloud environments is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
