Role Description – Sales Agent (Canadian Immigration Process)

Sales Agent

• Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in Canadian PR
• Explain Canadian immigration process, eligibility, and program details (e.g., Express Entry, PNP)
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Convert leads into confirmed clients by meeting monthly sales targets
• Maintain updated client records and call status reports
• Provide excellent client service and resolve basic immigration queries
• Work closely with the immigration experts and documentation team
• Stay updated with changes in Canadian immigration rules and PR programs

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales/immigration/overseas consultancy is a plus
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
• Goal-oriented and able to meet or exceed targets
• Basic knowledge of Canadian PR visa process preferred (training will be provided)
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools
• 12th Pass minimum, Bachelor’s degree preferred
