We are hiring for IT Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition specialist for our growing team in Bengaluru, Hebbal Office. Experience: 1- 6yrs Mode: 5 days work from office (Hebbal, Bengaluru) Job Details: PAN India recruitment experience with good understanding of the JDs and excellent hands-on handling C2H / Contract recruitment and permanent recruitment Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process. Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, following up on applications, and maintaining communication with both parties. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment status and suggest improvements to the sourcing strategy. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate database
