IIoT and Digitalization Officer

You will be joining AtomOne Technologies Pvt. Ltd."s R&D - IIoT department as an IIoT and Digitalization Officer, reporting to the Director. With 5-8 years of experience, you will play a key role in leading and executing Industry 4.0 initiatives to enhance manufacturing productivity, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include leading the digital transformation roadmap by integrating IIoT, AI/ML, and automation technologies across multiple manufacturing plants. You will design and implement a Digital Transformation Framework to enhance interconnectivity, data integration, and smart system deployment. Managing end-to-end project execution, including cross-functional coordination, vendor engagement, and stakeholder communication, will be a crucial aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will design and deploy smart factory systems, ensure secure industrial network connectivity, and leverage cloud-based IIoT platforms for improved operational visibility. Collaboration with Production, Quality, and Maintenance Heads to assess requirements and propose digital interventions will be essential. Additionally, creating technical documentation such as system architecture, integration plans, and user guides will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have experience in Smart Manufacturing, Digital Transformation, or Industry 4.0. Hands-on experience with IoT & IIoT systems, sensor networks, industrial data communication, PLC, SCADA, MES integration, and industrial automation is required. Proficiency in Python, Node-RED, SQLite, Power BI, MATLAB, and cybersecurity protocols in industrial settings is essential. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-site digital projects, familiarity with AI/ML applications in manufacturing, and strong project management and team leadership capabilities are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include an M.Tech/Ph.D. in Manufacturing, Smart Manufacturing, or related engineering fields, along with knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure for manufacturing solutions. Effective communication skills to interact with global clients and internal stakeholders will be beneficial in this role.,
