Ltd. is seeking an experienced and visionary IIoT and Digitalization Officer to lead and execute Industry 4.0 initiatives across its manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing smart digital solutions that enhance manufacturing productivity, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead the digital transformation roadmap across multiple manufacturing plants by integrating IIoT, AI/ML, and automation technologies . Architect and implement a Digital Transformation Framework that strengthens interconnectivity, data integration, and smart system deployment. Manage end-to-end project execution – from conceptualization to deployment – including cross-functional coordination, vendor engagement, and stakeholder communication. Design and deploy smart factory systems. Develop and maintain a secure industrial network ensuring PLC and sensor connectivity with strict cybersecurity compliance. Implement cloud-based IIoT platforms to unify sensor data and improve operational visibility. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance Heads to assess requirements and propose digital interventions. Create technical documentation: system architecture, integration plans, and user guides. Required Skills & Experience: Experience in Smart Manufacturing / Digital Transformation / Industry 4.0 Hands-on experience with: IoT & IIoT systems , sensor networks, and industrial data communication (MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus) PLC, SCADA, MES integration and industrial automation Python , Node-RED , SQLite , Power BI , MATLAB Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols in industrial settings Demonstrated ability to lead cross-site digital projects Familiarity with AI/ML applications in manufacturing Strong project management and team leadership capabilities Effective communicator, able to interact with global clients and internal stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: M.Tech / Ph.D. in Manufacturing, Smart Manufacturing, or related engineering fields Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure for manufacturing solutions

With 5-8 years of experience, you will play a key role in leading and executing Industry 4.0 initiatives to enhance manufacturing productivity, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include leading the digital transformation roadmap by integrating IIoT, AI/ML, and automation technologies across multiple manufacturing plants.
