Mandatory skill - IBM iSeries, Lpar, DR drill , AS400 Admin

Experience – 6 to 14 years

Design, configure, and manage Logical Partitions (LPARs) on IBM Power Systems.

Hands on experience in IBM iSeries, Lpar, DR drill

Set up and manage Disaster Recovery (DR) environments, ensuring systems are fail-safe and meet recovery time objectives (RTOs).

Provide L3-level support for infrastructure issues and manage end-to-end resolution.

Maintain system availability, performance, and security in a mission-critical production environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and support infrastructure changes and upgrades.

Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Perform regular system health checks, capacity planning, and performance tuning.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,407.67 - ₹1,415,349.71 per year
