Role & responsibilities Graduate in Mechanical Engineering • Should 8 - 12 years hands on technical design relevant experience & handling Hydraulic cylinder design experience including the following: Hydraulic cylinder seal selection and application Hydraulic cylinder manifold design integrating cartridge valve technology Understanding of hydraulic cylinder manufacturing and machining methods. Advanced experience with SolidWorks modelling and production drawing generation. Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). Basic hydraulic system schematics understanding pertaining to cylinder cartridge valve logic. Knowledge of pressure Vessel stress calculations would be a plus but not mandatory. Good at problem solving, creativity, and presentation skills. Ability to be self-motivated, work independently & co-ordinate with team, guiding the team in the right direction Good in written and spoken English communication with both internal cross functional team and external customers Support the proposal activities, aid in standardization of documents (client documents, datasheets).
