Job Title : HVAC - Design Engineer Job Location: Guindy ,Chennai Qualifications: Higher technical education in a relevant engineering discipline Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit 6+ years of continuous professional experience in HVAC design Experience in author supervision Proven ability to make independent decisions English proficiency is a plus Requirements: Independent development of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) Creation and customization of Revit families Coordination with related engineering sections Strong skills in managing drawing visibility and producing high-quality drawings Ability to work with technical specifications Familiarity with design software such as "Start", "Auditor", "КВМ-Dym", etc. (preferred) Design experience across a range of facilities (e.g., industrial, commercial, and administrative buildings) Good knowledge of relevant norms, codes, and legislative documentation Understanding of design and calculation methods Strong time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines Team player with a positive attitude
