Role Description

This full-time Human Resources Recruiter role involves recruitment responsibilities conducted on-site at our Raipur location. The HR Recruiter will handle day-to-day recruitment tasks such as sourcing and attracting candidates, screening and interviewing applicants, and coordinating hiring processes with department heads. Other responsibilities include maintaining recruitment records, engaging in campus hiring events, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus
